Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits are normally based on 50% of your entire stay.One night stays will be paid in full at the time of reservation. If cancellation is made prior to 14 days of your intended stay, you may be refunded 50% of your deposit. There will be no deposit refunds whatsoever for cancellations made within 14 days of stay. There is no cancellation whatsoever for one night stays or for super special seasonal weekly rate deals-( Rooms may be rebooked at a later date if available). There will be no reduction in fees for late arrivals, for early departures, and/or weather, lake or fishing conditions. (I LOVE LAURIE COOK!!)

Smoking Policy

All rooms are 100% non-smoking. Guests who choose to ignore this policy will be subject to a cleaning fee which can range from $50 - $150. Guests may also be charged for additional nights lodging as the room could easily be unavailable for occupancy due to cleaning.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly but require that arrangements for pets be made at the time of reservation. There is a $10 additional charge for pets. Pets may not be left unaccompanied in rooms for any reason and must be kept on a leash at all times. There will be an additional charge of $75 per hour for extra cleaning due to excessive pet hair,dirt ect.

Noise Policy

We are a family friendly establishment and request that all activities after 10:00pm be quiet ones.
