Cancellation policy:   14 days
Reservation deposits are based on 50% of entire stay.  If cancellation is
made prior to 14 days of stay, you may be refunded 50% of deposit.  There
will be no deposit refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of stay.  
There is no cancellation whatsoever for one night stays. There will be no
reduction in fees for late arrivals, early departures,, and/or weather, lake
or fishing conditions.
We are pet friendly but require that arrangements for pets be made at
time of reservation. Pets may not be left unaccompanied in rooms and
must be kept on a leash at all times. There will be a charge of $25.00 per
hour for extra cleaning due to excessive pet hair, urine, etc.
We are a family friendly establishment and request that all activities after
10:00 pm be quiet ones.
